With so many online fitness programmes it can be confusing to know which one you should spend your money on, to get the results you want. If you don’t live in the Brighton and Hove area, are not able to make it to our in-person courses or just prefer working out at home, we recommend you invest in your health with the Mutu system.
Created by Wendy Powell, the award-winning Mutu system is a 12-week online programme that includes cardio workouts on pilates-based exercise. It gets you moving and motivates you to eat better to get results. The programme focuses on retraining muscles in the body, healing the “mummy tummy” and correcting internal pressure systems that can impact our recovery. It’s less about speed and high intensity workouts and more about form and reconnection.
You’ll start with the basics and over the 12-week course work up to lunging and squatting with good form, to give you a whole body workout. It only takes around 20 minutes a day to see results.
The Mutu system is designed for all mums , whether you are pregnant, recently postnatal or have older children. It’s not a magic wand – you’ll need to commit the same way you would if you were attending an in-person Supercharged Club course. It’s a great step to help you get reconnected with your post-baby body.
