Our Saturday Drop In Classes Are for All Fitness Levels

Did you know that the Supercharged Club offers Saturday Drop-In Classes for all fitness levels AND that babies are welcome?

All mums will benefit from this unique drop in class. Whether you are 6 weeks postnatal or have been mum a lot longer you will benefit from Emma’s expertise in exercise for the female body. Emma’s unique style of teaching combines pilates, resistance training, functional movement, alignment and an education in how your body works. Emma is renowned for getting the floppiest core and pelvic floor in working order again.

Pre-walking babies or older children are welcome, although if possible try and find that hour mama me time out of your busy schedule.

By purchasing the 6 class pack you have full flexibility as this isn’t a course, you attend when you can as long as you book online first to confirm your space.

The best way is to Google Conway Place BN3 3LA. Where the Conway Place comes to a dead end you will see some concrete stairs leading up to the centre, please go up these and press the buzzer to enter.

Please note: The centre isn’t fully open on Saturdays so access is via outside concrete stairs that are at the end of Conway Place, Hove.
